Legacy Adoption
In instances where developments have been advanced or completed without the relevant notice, involvement and sign off from relevant stakeholders or local authorities, we are able to assist in developing the completed scheme to adoption by liaising with the relevant party and undertaking post construction testing surveys and remedials to achieve sign off.
