The Client required a retail unit to utilise a plot at the entrance to a new housing development in Thronton Cleveleys, near Blackpool.

This 600-acre former steelworks was being transformed into a mixed-use development with housing. We were asked to provide earthworks solutions across a complex site with challenging ground conditions.

Design adn construction of 3 commercial retail units to shell only stage, to achieve BREEAM Very Good standard

Maintain 45,000 litres of readily available water for firefighting purposes at a school in a rural setting.

Project Management for Phase 1 works at Rescue World, a sanctuary and rehabilitation retreat for the dogs.

Separate the external services to a shared car park from the individual building to create new landlord’s supplies and independent networks and systems.

Alteration works to an existing school car park. The modifications were aimed at improving safety, access and general performance.

Design and construction of a new Section 278 link road with associated connections to the existing highway.

The construction of a timber framed building and associated hard and soft landscaped areas to create a community focused mixed social space and street food venue.
